Offer a no-pressure choice: wave, stand beside a trusted adult for a photo, or watch from a distance. Let the child decide whether to try another greeting later.
Pick a clear photo spot and ask one adult to help guests take turns. Keep participation optional so children can join when ready.
No. A date request is only an inquiry, not a reservation or payment. Confirm costs, visit details, and availability with our team.
A Mission Ridge party can feel special without asking every child to join the spotlight. Let the guest of honor choose a first hello, such as a wave or a photo beside a familiar adult, while friends decide whether to join or watch. Keep the visit's main activity simple and leave a little breathing room before cake or gifts. When you contact us, describe the gathering place, child's age, and participation preferences. Ask our team about program details, costs, and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
