No. A request is not a venue reservation or payment. Confirm site permission and access separately, then check program details, costs and availability with our team.
In Roslyn, South Dakota, a good character visit can stay simple: greet the group, offer a brief moment together and leave time for children to choose a photo or keep watching. Choose an adult to manage the weather decision and another, if available, to help guests gather without rushing. Before the party, agree on where everyone will go if plans move indoors. These are statewide planning checks, not verified Roslyn venues or local policies. Ask our team to confirm program details, costs and availability before setting the schedule.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
