Set aside a clear area and invite children in small turns. Keep the birthday child's photo moment first if that suits them.
No. A request is not a reservation. Ask us to confirm availability, program details, and cost.
For a party in Urb Oneill, make the character's first moment easy to understand: tell children where to gather, then let the birthday child decide whether to greet, wave, or take a picture. A short pause gives everyone time to settle before group participation begins. Keep photos flexible so a child can join later or stay with a trusted adult. When you contact us, share the party schedule and any preferences that may shape a comfortable visit. Confirm program details, cost, and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
