Holiday character visits

Santa, the Grinch and the Easter Bunny for family celebrations, school visits and holiday gatherings. Find the costume and plan the welcome.

Christmas, Easter & the moments in between

A holiday visit they’ll talk about.

Santa at your family gathering. A playful Grinch at the holiday party. The Easter Bunny joining a spring celebration. Choose the character, then give the visit a place in your day.

A real entertainer comes in costume to your home, school or event venue. Share the children’s ages, your guest count and the moment you want to make special: a hello, a group activity or time for photos. We’ll confirm the visit details with you.

Visits start at $255 for one character’s first hour; each extra half hour is $80. Your date, location and character choice need confirmation.

A few ways to shape a seasonal visit around your guests.

Christmas & winter gatherings

Make room for Santa’s hello.

Set aside a calm arrival and a clear photo spot. Younger children can wave from beside a grown-up before deciding whether to come closer. If you have gifts to hand out, discuss the timing and who supplies them before the visit.

A playful holiday party

A little mischief for the group.

For children who enjoy a silly character, ask about a Grinch visit with a gentle entrance and a playful group moment. Agree on the tone beforehand, especially with younger guests, and leave photos optional.

Easter & spring celebrations

A spring hello from the Bunny.

Arrange the visit around your egg hunt, spring fair or family gathering. Give photos their own space and keep a weather backup for outdoor plans. Confirm any proposed activity, and arrange eggs, baskets and treats separately.

Give the visit its own moment

A simple plan for a busy holiday.

Keep the character visit clear of the meal, presents and school pickup. A little space makes the greeting easier to enjoy.

Build your holiday plan
  1. Choose the setting.

At home, make a clear arrival spot and somewhere for the group to gather. For a school or daycare, check visitor rules with staff. At a workplace or community event, share the venue’s access instructions and the expected number of children.

  2. Make space for your guests.

Share ages and group size, including children who prefer a quieter greeting. With a large group, discuss how games and photos could fit the visit. The host stays responsible for supervision and the event space.

  3. Confirm the details together.

Send the character choice, date, start time, address and visit length. Discuss activities, gifts, props or an egg hunt before planning around them. A saved plan or price estimate does not reserve a performer.

Can Santa visit our home, school or holiday event?

You can request a Santa visit for any of these settings. Include the full location, date, timing and guest count in your plan. We confirm availability and visit details; a character appearing in the catalog does not mean your date is reserved.

How much does a holiday character visit cost?

Current estimates start at $255 for the first hour with one character, plus $80 for each additional half hour. Choose your visit length in the planner to see an estimate. Review the booking details and payment amounts at checkout.

Are gifts, eggs or photo props included?

Do not assume these are included. Tell us about anything you would like the character to help with, and confirm the activity and supplies beforehand. The host should arrange gifts, eggs, baskets, treats and decorations unless a different arrangement is explicitly confirmed.

What if a child is nervous about the character?

A wave from across the room can be enough. Let children watch beside a trusted adult, skip photos or join later. Share any preferences when planning so the greeting can start gently.

What should we plan for an outdoor Easter event?

Confirm permission to use the venue, choose a gathering spot away from the busiest play area and arrange an indoor or covered weather backup. Discuss how the Bunny visit fits your egg hunt; the visit does not automatically include organizing or supplying the hunt.
