How much is a character visit?
The current first hour starts at $255 per character. Every additional half-hour adds $80. Choose up to seven hours. Your estimate shows the full price before you enter contact details.
What do I pay online?
You can pay online when you’re ready to book. The checkout shows your deposit and the balance to pay the performer on party day.
Is my character available when I get an estimate?
An estimate is a price calculation. It does not confirm availability. Your character, date and location need confirmation separately.
Which activities are included?
Check the character page for its published activity list. The published program is a sample. We confirm the activities, materials and timing for your visit with you separately.
What if my child is shy?
Add a note about the welcome that suits your child. You can request a gentle introduction, time to watch and a quieter first moment.
Can the party be outside?
Discuss the venue and an indoor backup. Check the venue rules yourself, including shelter reservations and any permission needed for entertainment.
How do I cancel?
Read the cancellation page before payment. The existing detailed terms distinguish notice at least 48 hours before the visit, within 48 hours, and less than 8 hours. Call support to discuss your circumstances.
Can I plan without giving my phone number?
Yes. Browse, save favorites and get an estimate first. Contact permission is requested when you ask us to follow up or continue a booking.
Do you provide food or decorations?
The character visit is the entertainment block. Arrange the venue, cake, food and decorations separately. Confirm activity props for the chosen program.
