Privacy and your party details.

Your party details, saved choices and ways to ask for help with your information.

What you share while planning

You can explore characters before providing contact details. A party request asks for information needed to answer your question or arrange your event, such as an adult contact, location, date and preferences. A reservation also asks for the event address and details about the birthday child. Please avoid adding sensitive information about a child to an open text field.

Saved choices on your device

Your browser can remember favorite characters, a draft party plan and references for requests you have saved. If you use a shared device, clear the saved plan and your browser’s site data when you finish.

Your contact choices

The contact form asks for permission to use your details to answer your question. Permission to call or text about the request is a separate choice. Adding a telephone number does not, by itself, grant that permission. Optional website tracking has separate controls, described below.

Your party request

Submitted party requests are stored as private records with their contact, event and booking details. These operational records are separate from optional website analytics. Turning optional tracking off or deleting measured history does not cancel or erase a party request.

Location search with Google Places

When Google Places suggestions are configured, typing into the location search sends your search text, which may include an address, city or ZIP code, to Google to return place suggestions. Selecting a suggestion can request further place details from Google. This is a location-search service, separate from the optional analytics, advertising and call-tracking choices. If the service is not configured or is unavailable, the site uses its own city, state and ZIP directory.

Website fonts

The website serves its font files directly. Loading the site’s typefaces does not make a font request to Google.

Questions about your information

Contact [email protected] or call (866) 306-1384 with questions about your information. Include your booking reference and the question you want help with; do not email card numbers.

Optional tracking and your choices

Use Privacy choices to allow or decline optional analytics, advertising measurement and call tracking, change your choice, or delete measured history. Optional collection starts after your choice is confirmed. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep optional tracking off. These choices are separate from permission to respond to a party request or contact you by phone.

Essential form sessions and saved party selections keep planning and request receipts working. Consented analytics records page paths without query strings, interaction names, approximate screen size, visible and focused browsing time (excluding inactivity after 60 seconds), source labels and pseudonymous identifiers. Contact names, email, phone, event address and party notes are excluded from these events. Advertising click identifiers are saved with requests only when advertising measurement is allowed.

Detailed analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Daily summaries and separate pseudonymous contribution links are retained for up to 13 months; the links allow a deletion request to remove the corresponding summaries. Minimal hashed deletion records are retained to prevent erased history from returning during backup restoration. Analytics deletion removes tracking links from saved requests; it does not cancel or erase the operational party request. Contact support about an operational record.

When call tracking is allowed and the service is enabled, we can store a pseudonymous call result and its timing for up to 90 days and associate it with a request from the same permitted journey. The call receiver excludes caller numbers, recordings and contact details. Deleting measured history removes these call associations; aggregate technical delivery counters can remain without individual identifiers.

A confirmed tracking choice expires after one day. Turning tracking off clears browser tracking storage and stops new optional collection. Server deletion is confirmed separately; if it fails, the interface says so. Previously received third-party data follows the provider’s controls and retention.

When their purpose is allowed, the configured Google measurement destination and Ringostat call tracking receive the relevant optional signals. Phone clicks measure an intention to call; a confirmed conversation and paid booking are separate records.
