Let the child choose between waving, standing near a trusted adult, or greeting later. Give them time to observe.
Set one photo location and ask an adult to guide small groups so the birthday child is not crowded.
Share the requested theme, timing, child's age, and preferences. Confirm program details, cost, and availability with the team.
For a party in Urb Palmas Plantation, help the birthday child feel at ease by keeping the character visit's first few minutes predictable. Let the child know where the greeting will happen and that watching is a perfectly good way to begin. An adult can guide guests into a photo queue or invite everyone to participate from their places. Before requesting a visit, decide who will welcome the character and who will help children take turns. Share the theme and timing preferences with our team; confirm the program, cost, and availability directly.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
