No. A request does not reserve a date or make a payment. Confirm availability, cost and program details with our team.
At a West Point, Pennsylvania party, keep the venue booking and the character-visit request as two separate plans. Once the setting is settled, make the birthday child's first interaction optional: a wave, a short hello or a photo with a parent beside them. Guests can join a shared cheer without taking individual turns. When you contact us, include the proposed schedule and gathering details. Ask the venue about permission for hired entertainment, then confirm program details, cost and availability with our team.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
