Choose the birthday moment first

Think about the point when you want your child to see the character. It might follow the guests’ arrival or lead into the cake. Use that moment to choose a preferred start time, then discuss the final timing with your booking contact.

Keep the arrival window separate

Children arrive at different times. Plan snacks or a simple activity while everyone settles in. A character introduction is easier to enjoy when the guests you want involved have already arrived.

Give the visit a beginning and an ending

Agree a welcome, shared activity time and the birthday ritual or photos. This is a suggested structure rather than a promised minute-by-minute program. The character, group size and venue may change how the time works.

Leave breathing room around cake

Decide whether the character should be part of the cake moment. Tell your contact if you want that included in the visit. Avoid scheduling the last photograph, a candle ceremony and the goodbye at the same minute.

Choose a length that suits the group

One hour currently starts at $255. A 90-minute visit is $335; two hours is $415. Extra time can make the schedule less hurried, but confirm the activities rather than assuming a longer booking includes more types of entertainment.
