How to print your birthday party kit
Use these free printable birthday invitations for a backyard party, a living-room celebration or a birthday at a rented venue. Match the welcome sign to your invitations, then give every guest a certificate to take home.
- Choose a theme and a style. Go bold with Party pop, keep it gentle with Soft & sweet, or let the kids decorate Color it in.
- Add the details. Check the name, age, date, time and address. Add an RSVP deadline so parents know when to reply.
- Print or save a PDF. Select portrait, Letter or A4 paper and fit to page. Turn off browser headers and footers. Color and artwork are included; background graphics are optional.

Is this birthday party kit really free?
Yes. Personalize and print all three pages without an account, email address or purchase. A character visit is a separate booking.
Can I save the invitations as a PDF?
Yes. Select Print / save PDF, then choose Save as PDF or your device’s PDF option. The file includes an invitation, a welcome sign and one guest certificate. On a phone, PDF options depend on your browser’s print menu.
Which party themes can I choose?
Superhero, princess, pirate, mermaid, unicorn and space. Each has its own original illustration, with colorful, pastel and outline styles. Browse the matching characters above if you would like to add a live visit.
What if I want to use less printer ink?
Choose Color it in for white paper and outline illustrations. Kids can color the invitation, welcome sign and certificate themselves.
Are my child’s name and party address saved?
The kit uses those details only in this browser tab and the file you choose to print or save. We do not send the form to our servers or save it to your account. Keep your invitation and PDF private when they include your home address or contact details.
