Class party with a character visit.
Bring a familiar character into the classroom celebration. Plan around the children’s ages, your visitor rules and the space you have.
School and daycare character visits for the whole group
A class celebration has its own rhythm: the room, the teachers and a group of children who may all want to say hello at once. Plan the character’s entrance, shared activity time and photos around the class schedule.
Use a visit for a class birthday, end-of-year celebration or holiday party. Choose a familiar character, tell us the children’s ages and group size, and discuss a program that fits the space and the school’s visitor rules.
Three things to settle before a class visit
- 1
Get the school’s approval
Ask who approves visitors, what check-in is required and whether costumes or equipment need permission. Follow the school’s own requirements.
- 2
Give the visit a clear slot
Choose the room and start time. Allow for arrivals, snacks and dismissal around the entertainment, and tell us how many children will join.
- 3
Share the practical details
Provide the address, entrance, on-site contact, age range and space available. Mention rules for music, bubbles, photos and activity supplies.
A class program with room to join in
Begin with a gentle introduction so children can watch before stepping closer. Then move into the activities discussed for your character: a shared story, songs or a group game may suit the occasion.
For preschool and daycare groups, tell us if a quieter arrival would help. For a mixed-age class, explain the age range and how children will take turns. Keep teachers or supervising adults present throughout the visit.
Decide whether photos are permitted and who will take them. A group goodbye can bring the visit to a close before the class returns to its regular routine. This is a planning example; agree the actual activities and timing before the visit.

Questions before the class party
A little preparation makes the school-day details easier to agree.
Can a character visit a school or daycare?
Start by asking the school or daycare about visitors and costume rules. Share those requirements, the address and your preferred date with us; the character and visit details need confirmation.
How long is a class visit?
Visits start at one hour, with longer lengths in half-hour steps. Choose a time slot the school can accommodate and discuss the program for your children’s ages and group size.
Do teachers need to stay with the children?
Keep teachers or other supervising adults present throughout the visit. The character visit is entertainment; the school remains responsible for its supervision and visitor procedures.
What should I tell you about the classroom?
Share the available space, number and ages of children, approved start time and any rules about music, bubbles, equipment, photos or activity supplies. Include the entrance and an on-site contact.
Can we plan a holiday or end-of-year celebration?
Yes, use the occasion to choose a character and discuss the activities with us. Seasonal character listings are planning options; confirm the exact character, date and school location before treating the visit as booked.
What happens if our school needs to cancel?
The booking fee is refundable with notice at least 48 hours before the visit. Inside 48 hours it is not refunded; less than 8 hours before the visit, you may owe the full entertainment price. Read the cancellation terms and call promptly to discuss a change.
