No. Ask the exact property about reservations and permission. Confirm the character program, costs, and availability with us.
Alma, Arkansas families can plan a character moment around the child's pace rather than a packed schedule. Begin with a wave or quiet hello, then offer a photo with a parent nearby. Guests who want to participate can join a simple song or cheer; others can watch comfortably. For a gathering at a state-managed property, check with the specific operator about day-use arrangements and permission for hired entertainment. An indoor backup is worth arranging before any outdoor plan. Ask us to confirm the requested visit details.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Arkansas's Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism identifies its State Parks division and links to park and group-facility information. Start with the exact state-managed property, then ask its operator about group day-use reservations, practical facilities and permission for hired entertainment. The agency overview does not establish birthday eligibility, a reservation or entertainer availability.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
