No. It concerns Baltimore municipal facilities only. Ask the operator of your exact venue about its rules.
Invite children to take a photo individually or with a small group. Make watching or declining equally comfortable.
Share the confirmed room, schedule, guest ages and access details. Confirm program, cost and availability with the team.
For an Ardmore gathering, begin with the exact venue rather than assuming that rental rules are shared across Maryland. Confirm the room's capacity, setup window and permission for hired entertainment with its operator. Then keep the visit simple: a warm introduction, a brief group activity and an optional photo moment. Children can join when ready or stay with a trusted adult. Send our team the confirmed schedule, ages and access notes; program details, costs and availability must be checked directly.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
As a city-scoped example within Maryland, Baltimore city recreation centers provide room rental information. Baltimore directs families to their recreation center for room rental information. Check the actual room capacity, permitted entertainment and setup time rather than assuming any recreation center can host the same program. This example applies only to Baltimore's listed municipal facilities; other cities and state-managed parks have separate operators and rules. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
