In Assaria, plan a character visit that can adapt if the weather shifts. Choose a simple welcome spot, let your child decide how close to stand and keep the first activity brief. Guests can take part, watch or step aside for a photo. Before party day, name an adult to monitor conditions and guide everyone to the backup space if needed. When you contact our team, explain your setting and timing; program details, cost and availability must be confirmed with the theme provider.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue.
