No. A date or ZIP code request is not a reservation or payment. Ask us to confirm theme, program details, cost and availability.
In Audubon, Iowa, make the date and setting decisions before building the party schedule. A character visit can begin with a quiet hello, move into a birthday photo if the child wants one, and leave time for a brief guest activity. Keep a trusted adult near the birthday child and prepare a place for others to watch comfortably. These are planning suggestions, not promised program inclusions. Ask us to confirm the requested costume theme, details, cost and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Iowa DNR publishes a deadline for changing cabin, lodge and shelter reservations. Review the current change and cancellation conditions before coordinating the gathering date with an entertainer. Verify the exact shelter or lodge and the proposed activity with the operator; a reservation change policy is not permission for hired entertainment.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
