Tell guests where to gather and invite them to take turns for photos or a brief greeting. Make watching an equally welcome choice.

A character visit in Clear Fork can feel calm when the children know what to expect. Tell them the character will arrive, say hello, and leave time for a wave, a short conversation, or a photo if they choose. Ask us about the requested costume theme and confirm program details, cost, and availability with our team. For a state-managed property, check the exact space and activity rules directly; statewide park information does not verify Clear Fork facilities or policies.

West Virginia DNR describes lodging options within its state parks and forests and links to the official park directory. Identify the exact state-managed property, then ask whether there is a reservable gathering space suitable for your proposed activity. Confirm access and hired entertainment rules; a lodging listing does not establish group-event eligibility or approval.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
