Start with a wave and give the child time to respond. They can choose to approach, stay beside a caregiver or watch.
Choose a photo spot in advance and let guests take turns in small groups. Keep the birthday child's photo optional.
No. A theme names the character you want; it does not imply affiliation or confirm a booking. Ask our team about details, cost and availability.
For a Connorsville gathering, think about the visit setting before choosing the activity. A character can greet the birthday child in a quieter spot, then join a short optional group moment nearby. Keep the photo area easy to reach and avoid blocking paths. Share your preferred theme, schedule and guest count when you ask us about a visit; the organizer should also check the site's rules. Program details, cost and availability need confirmation.

Wisconsin DNR describes the reservable picnic shelter at its MacKenzie Center and its booking route through the State Parks reservation system. Treat this as one state-managed facility example: check the actual shelter, nearby facilities and conditions with the operator. Confirm permission for a hired character visit; the listing does not establish rules for every Wisconsin park.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
