Yes. Offer a group wave or let guests take turns with photos, while keeping a clear, comfortable space around the birthday child.
Tell our team the child's preferred pace, guest ages and planned timing. Confirm the exact program, costs and availability with the theme provider.
No. National Weather Service guidance recommends a substantial building. Check the actual venue's arrangements directly.
For a Davison, Michigan celebration, give the organizer one clear job before focusing on party activities: know who will make a weather decision. Once that is settled, plan a gentle character entrance, a small photo opportunity and one optional moment for guests to join, such as waving together. The birthday child can participate at their own pace, with no pressure to stand alone or perform. Share the preferred flow and any sensitivities with our team. Program details, costs and availability should be confirmed with the theme provider.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
