For a Delhi, Minnesota gathering, keep the visit flexible enough to work indoors or outdoors. The birthday child might begin with a quiet hello, followed by a group wave and optional photos; guests can join in or stay with their grown-ups. Before the party, pick a clear meeting spot and ask one adult to guide children while another watches the schedule. Our team can discuss a request, but dates and ZIP codes do not reserve a visit. Confirm program details, costs and availability with us.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
