No. Ask us to confirm availability, cost and program details before scheduling around the visit.
In Eastborough, a little structure can help the character visit feel calm without making it rigid. Decide where the child can greet the character, with a familiar adult close by, and offer a wave or watching as an easy first step. Guests can join a short activity or wait their turn for photos. For an outdoor party, choose one adult to monitor conditions and lead a move indoors. Ask us to confirm program details, cost and availability before finalizing the schedule.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
