No. An overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or permission for hired entertainment. Check directly with the property.
In Gausdale, make the character visit one easy-to-follow part of the celebration. The birthday child might receive a personal hello, choose a photo with family, then invite guests to take part in a simple activity. Keep joining optional so shy children can observe first. If an overnight stay is part of your plans, treat accommodation booking and party permission as separate questions. Ask us about the requested theme, and confirm visit details, costs, and availability before building the schedule.

Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
