No. A date request is not a reservation or payment. Ask us about the character theme, then confirm program details, costs, and availability with our team.
In Lynn, Massachusetts, a character visit can feel calm and personal when children know what to expect. Start with a brief greeting, then let each child choose whether to wave, talk, or watch from beside a trusted adult. Plan a photo moment without making it a required stop, and keep the activity area clear for easy movement. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not verified Lynn venues or policies. Ask us about the theme and possible program, then confirm details, costs, and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
