A Mission Hills character visit can center on one memorable moment for the birthday child, without putting the whole group on the spot. Offer a choice between a greeting, a quick photo or watching first. Then invite interested guests into one easy shared activity. A host or helper can guide guests to the meeting place and keep the schedule relaxed. When you contact us, describe the setting and ages so the plan can be discussed; program details, costs and availability require confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
