No. A date or ZIP request is not a reservation or payment. Ask our team to confirm availability, costs and program details.
For a character visit in Mitchell, Mississippi, give one adult a simple coordinating role so the children can focus on the moment. The character can start with a wave and group greeting; guests may then choose a photo or stay with their families. Before the gathering, decide who watches the forecast and who will lead guests to the indoor backup. The tips are statewide planning guidance, not verified city venues or local policies. Ask us about a requested costume theme, and confirm program details, costs and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
