Let each child watch, wave or join when ready. A group greeting can be optional, with no pressure to stand close or speak.
Pick one clear spot and keep the line short. Take the birthday child's photo first if they want it, then invite other guests.
No. Ask us to confirm the character request, possible activities, timing, cost and availability before making plans.
In Naco, make the character's arrival a small choice rather than a big reveal the child has to manage. A wave, a hello beside a trusted adult or a photo later can all work. Keep the visit's shape easy to follow: greeting, one shared activity and a brief birthday moment. If you are considering a reserved room or another site, confirm its conditions directly; statewide guidance does not verify a Naco facility or its rules.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Picacho Peak State Park lists a reservable conference room in its visitor center. Check the actual room, permitted hours and booking conditions before planning a gathering layout. Ask the operator about eligibility for your activity and hired entertainment; this is one state-managed facility example, not a birthday venue recommendation or a rule for city parks.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
