Do not assume so. Check the exact facility's use and entertainment permissions with its operator; confirm visit details with our team.
In Neahkahnie, Oregon, give the birthday child a simple way into the moment: a wave first, a closer hello only if they choose. Ask us about a short, manageable visit with an optional photo pause and one easy activity for guests. The organizer can tell the character where to meet the group, keep a clear path and identify an adult who can help children take turns if they want to. Confirm theme, program details, cost and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Oregon State Parks accepts reservations at parks with reservable group day-use facilities as well as many campgrounds. Check the specific facility and booking conditions rather than treating all parks or campsite reservations as group-event bookings. Ask the operator about hired entertainment and any additional permission before setting the party plan.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
