No. Confirm the gathering space with its operator and ask us separately about visit availability, costs and details.
In North Apollo, keep the party schedule flexible until both the gathering space and character visit are confirmed. A gentle plan can start with a greeting, give the birthday child time to warm up, then offer a brief group activity and optional photos. Prepare a clear indoor alternative if the celebration is outdoors. Statewide guidance is not a verified local venue policy. Ask us to confirm theme-provider program details, costs and availability separately from any space booking.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
