Begin with a wave or a brief hello, then let the child choose whether to come closer. Ask us about a low-pressure opening for the requested theme.
Offer one short group activity and let children watch if they prefer. A family photo can follow for guests who want to join.
Confirm the venue's rules, indoor backup and route. Ask our team to confirm theme, program details, cost and availability.
For a North Dighton party, keep the visit easy to follow: greet the child first, invite guests into one short activity and leave a little time for a photo. Ask us about the character theme you want; our team can confirm the program, cost and availability. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not verified North Dighton venues or policies. If you plan outdoors, decide who will monitor weather and where everyone can go indoors.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
