Choose the photo spot, share where the group should gather, and confirm venue access and permission for hired entertainment.
No. A request does not reserve or pay for a visit. Confirm program details, cost, and availability with our team.
For an Oval celebration, make the character's arrival one choice among several: the birthday child can greet, wave from a familiar adult's side, or take time to watch. Set up photos in a spot guests can find, then invite the group into one easy shared moment. If a state park pavilion is part of the plan, verify confirmation and access before treating the date as set. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not verified Oval venues or policies. Ask us about the character visit; confirm program details, costs, and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
