No. A date request is not a reservation. Ask us to confirm the theme, program details, cost and availability.
In Partridge, Minnesota, a character visit can feel easygoing when the children know what to expect and the schedule leaves room to settle in. Ask us about the requested character theme, visit length and possible program ideas; details, costs and availability need confirmation. Start with a brief wave or hello from a comfortable distance, then let each child decide whether to join. Plan one shared photo moment, with an option to watch instead. Give the organizer a simple arrival cue and a quiet spot for children who need a pause.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
