In Pomona, Missouri, consider how the character visit will fit the room or gathering space before setting the schedule. Let the birthday child meet the character with a wave or a photo alongside a parent, then invite guests into a short activity. Check the venue's rules before planning equipment or entertainment, since room types can have different reservation processes. Ask us about the requested theme; confirm program details, costs and availability with our team before settling the timeline.

Missouri State Parks says enclosed shelters, venues and meeting rooms require advance reservations. Check the exact facility type and current booking conditions, since open picnic shelters can follow a different process. Confirm the gathering layout and permission for a hired character visit with the operator; this policy does not establish entertainer availability.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
