Let them stay beside a trusted adult and watch. Offer a wave or photo only if they choose; there is no need to hurry them.
Ask guests to join a song from where they are, then invite a few at a time for photos. This keeps space around the child.
Have the location, date range, guest count, requested theme, and any access needs ready. Ask us about planning, then confirm program details, cost, and availability with the theme provider.
In Riceville, Kentucky, consider a small sequence that helps the child anticipate the visit: a hello, a favorite song or short game, then photos if they are ready. Guests can join from their seats or take turns, so the child is not surrounded by a crowd. Choose one adult to greet the character and keep the schedule flexible. When you contact our team, share the location, date range, child's age, and any preferences that could make the meeting easier. Confirm program details, costs, and availability with the theme provider.

Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
