No. Venue policies, character availability, program details and costs need to be checked separately.
For a Shiloh, New Jersey gathering, keep the character visit easy to join even if children prefer to watch at first. A brief greeting can lead into a few posed or candid photos, followed by an optional group activity. Before choosing a park or other outdoor space, verify the exact location and its operator; the available New Jersey example applies to Edison municipal facilities, not Shiloh. Our team can discuss a requested theme, while program details, costs and availability must be confirmed.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
As a city-scoped example within New Jersey, Edison municipal parks provide the published park amenities directory. Edison publishes a park amenities directory with pavilion, picnic grove and playground fields. Use the directory to check facilities for your group, then ask the responsible venue about reservations and paid entertainment; an amenity listing does not reserve it. This example applies only to Edison's listed municipal facilities; other cities and state-managed parks have separate operators and rules. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
