No. Ask us to confirm the theme, program details, cost and availability.
At a Simons Rock gathering, a little structure can leave room for children to warm up at their own pace. Let the birthday child choose a greeting, keep family photos early, then invite guests to join a short activity. Name one adult to watch the forecast and another to help children take turns if needed. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not verified Simons Rock venues or policies. Ask us about the character theme; program details, cost and availability need confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
