No. Ask us to confirm availability, program details and cost before treating the visit as arranged.
In Albion, Idaho, start by making the character moment easy to join and easy to skip. The birthday child can wave from beside a parent, take a photo when ready or watch until the group feels familiar. Guests may share a short activity together rather than waiting in a long line. If your gathering is outdoors, name an adult to monitor the weather and guide a move indoors if needed. Tell the character-visit team the location and child's preferences; confirm program details, cost and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
