Ask the venue about access and the indoor backup, and confirm the planned visit details with our team.
A relaxed visit in Alpha, Michigan can begin with the character greeting the birthday child at their own pace. Leave room for a quick photo, then invite guests to participate through a simple wave or song rather than putting anyone on the spot. For outdoor plans, decide in advance who will watch the weather and where the group can move. Statewide guidance is useful for planning, but it does not verify Alpha facilities or policies. Ask us about the requested character; confirm program details, costs and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
