Give the child a chance to see the character from a comfortable distance. Offer a wave or photo, and let them decide whether to come closer.
Try one brief group greeting or pose, then leave room for children to watch. Tell guests that joining in is optional.
Choose the greeting area, identify the indoor route and assign the weather role. Ask our team to confirm theme-provider details, costs and availability.
A smooth character visit in Alts de Bayamon starts with a clear plan for where everyone will gather, especially if an outdoor setup may need to move inside. Keep the birthday child's first moment small: a wave, a quick hello or a parent-supported photo. Then let guests choose whether to join a group pose or observe. These are statewide planning checks, not verified Bayamon venues or policies. Confirm theme-provider program details, costs and availability with our team before making plans.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
