In Ambrosia Lake, make the character visit easy to adapt to the child and the setting. A short greeting can lead into a family photo, a song, or a simple invitation for guests to participate. Let the birthday child choose, with watching as a valid option. New Mexico's supplied guidance points to checking individual state park pages; it does not verify any Ambrosia Lake venue, facility, or local policy.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New Mexico State Parks directs visitors to specific park pages for group shelter reservations. Review the chosen facility's current conditions, operating information and alerts rather than applying one set of amenities to every park. Ask the operator about your gathering and hired entertainment before committing to the location.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
