No. Ask us to confirm the date, cost and program details before treating it as booked.
For a party in Amory, help the birthday child feel in control of the first few minutes. They can watch the character arrive, wave from beside a parent or come forward for a photo when ready. The organizer can make guest participation optional with a shared greeting or a few turns. Ask us to confirm the character theme, proposed program, cost and availability before relying on a date; a request is not a reservation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
