Yes. Offer a wave, a family photo, or simply watching the greeting. Let the child choose without making the choice a group focus.

No. A date or ZIP request is not a reservation or payment. Confirmation from our team is required.
For Ashley Falls, plan the visit so the birthday child can have a special moment without a room full of eyes. A quiet hello, a photo with a parent, and an optional group activity give guests several ways to take part. Before an outdoor party, decide who will monitor the forecast and where the group will go if weather turns. City facilities and local venue policies have not been verified, so confirm the gathering space and route with its operator. Share the schedule with our team and keep a little flexibility in the plan.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
