No. Confirm the pavilion with its operator and separately ask us about character availability, program details and costs.
In Avis, Pennsylvania, a character visit can feel more manageable with a simple sequence: greeting, optional photos, then a short activity or farewell. Tell the birthday child what to expect, but leave their response up to them. Statewide planning checks are suggestions, not verified Avis venue policies. If you are considering a state park pavilion, distinguish a request from a confirmed reservation and confirm entertainment permission directly. Ask us about the requested character theme, program ideas, costs and availability; each detail needs confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
