A small, predictable plan can help a character visit feel comfortable for children in Bailey, Michigan. Start with a hello that does not require anyone to hug or pose, then let the birthday child choose whether to join a photo or watch first. Give guests one simple activity and a clear cue for when it begins. For an outdoor gathering, prepare an indoor fallback and assign an adult to follow weather conditions. Local facilities and policies are not verified here. Ask us to confirm the theme, program details, costs, and availability before planning around a visit.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
