In Beaumont, Kentucky, plan the character visit around one calm highlight rather than a packed schedule. Welcome the guest with a wave or a choice to watch from beside a familiar adult, then invite children to join a short greeting or group photo when ready. Before the visit, tell the character team the child's preferred name, any shy guests, the photo spot and the moment you hope to celebrate. Ask us about program ideas, costs and availability; confirm details with our team.

Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
