Yes. Invite them to watch, wave, or join the activity, without making participation a requirement.

Confirm the meeting point, timing, and who will guide the character to the party area.
For families planning in Beech Glen, a little preparation can make the character's arrival feel comfortable rather than rushed. Ask one adult to welcome the visitor while another helps children find their place. Start with a wave or short greeting, then move into photos and a modest activity with an option to sit out. If the gathering is outdoors, decide where guests will go if weather turns. Share the arrival details and timing ahead of time, and confirm the requested theme's program, cost, and availability with our team.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
