For a Belcamp celebration, plan a character visit with a gentle entrance and an easy choice for the birthday child: watch, wave or take a photo. Give guests a small role, such as sharing one birthday wish, rather than expecting everyone to join at once. Ask us about a character theme and confirm program details, cost and availability with our team. Before selecting a room, contact its operator about capacity, setup time and permission for hired entertainment. Maryland advice here is statewide context, not a verified Belcamp venue policy.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
As a city-scoped example within Maryland, Baltimore city recreation centers provide room rental information. Baltimore directs families to their recreation center for room rental information. Check the actual room capacity, permitted entertainment and setup time rather than assuming any recreation center can host the same program. This example applies only to Baltimore's listed municipal facilities; other cities and state-managed parks have separate operators and rules. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
