Yes. Offer a wave or watching from beside a parent as complete ways to take part.
Gather the group first, explain that photos are optional, and keep the photo area clear for families.
Ask the operator about the space and its rules. Separately confirm the requested theme, program details, costs, and availability with our team.
For a Bella Villa party, give children a gentle way into the celebration: the character can say hello to the whole group before inviting guests to wave, chat, or take a photo. Keep the main gathering space clear so families can stand nearby and children can step away when they need a pause. Before choosing a location, identify whether the space is enclosed or open and check its current booking process. Ask our team about the requested theme and confirm program details, costs, and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Missouri State Parks says enclosed shelters, venues and meeting rooms require advance reservations. Check the exact facility type and current booking conditions, since open picnic shelters can follow a different process. Confirm the gathering layout and permission for a hired character visit with the operator; this policy does not establish entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
