No. Check parking, group-space arrangements and permission for activities separately with the operator.
Let the child watch first or stay with a familiar adult. Offer a wave or photo without requiring contact.
Provide the organizer with the meeting location, timing, guest ages and weather backup; confirm program, costs and availability.
For a Belmont, New Hampshire gathering, separate access and parking questions from permission to hold party activities. If considering a state-managed property, check the current process for that specific place before inviting guests. At the visit, give children a comfortable first moment: a wave from the character, an optional group photo and a brief activity for willing participants. Prepare a clear meeting point and schedule for the organizer. Confirm program details, costs and availability with the theme provider, and keep an indoor weather alternative in mind.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New Hampshire State Parks warns that visitors without reservations may be turned away when Monadnock State Park is full. If considering this state-managed property, check its current day-use parking process and access conditions. A parking reservation is not a group shelter booking or permission for hired entertainment, and this example does not describe every park in the state.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
