No. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, timing, program details, cost and availability before treating plans as final.
For a Ben Lomond party, a small, predictable program can help children feel at ease. Let the birthday child decide whether to greet the character up close or wave from beside a trusted adult. Then offer guests a short story, simple group prompt or photo opportunity, with watching as a valid choice. Before the visit, tell our team the planned setting and what the child enjoys. Confirm program details, costs and availability directly; statewide agency information does not verify a local site, birthday permission or booking.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Arkansas's Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism identifies its State Parks division and links to park and group-facility information. Start with the exact state-managed property, then ask its operator about group day-use reservations, practical facilities and permission for hired entertainment. The agency overview does not establish birthday eligibility, a reservation or entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
