In Bennett, New Mexico, a little preparation can make a character visit feel easy for children and hosts. Arrange a relaxed introduction, with room for the birthday child to stay close to a parent or simply observe. Invite guests to join a group greeting when they are ready, then take a few photos without holding up the party. Before the date, decide who will guide the children and who will answer the character's arrival. Confirm theme-provider program details, costs, and availability with our team; a request is not a reservation.

New Mexico State Parks directs visitors to specific park pages for group shelter reservations. Review the chosen facility's current conditions, operating information and alerts rather than applying one set of amenities to every park. Ask the operator about your gathering and hired entertainment before committing to the location.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
