Let the birthday child choose between a wave, a hello beside an adult, or watching from a little distance.
Set aside a clear greeting and photo area, and agree on the activity plan. Confirm venue permission and the booking process with the operator.
No. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, availability, program details, and cost; a request is not a booking or payment.
A Bergheim character visit can begin with a calm hello and a choice: the birthday child may wave, stand with a parent, or watch before joining. Move into a few family photos, then invite guests to take part in one easy activity, such as a shared birthday cheer. Keep the schedule loose and prepare the gathering space before the character arrives. Local venue facts are not verified; the Texas guidance below is statewide planning advice, not Bergheim policy. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, program, cost, and availability, and check all site arrangements directly.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Texas Parks and Wildlife directs visitors to reserve group facilities by phone rather than assuming every booking can be completed online. Check the current process for the exact group facility and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the park. A phone reservation route does not establish that the proposed party activity is eligible or available.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
